When you register, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp / mobile number
• The “joining as” category you select (e.g. student, working professional)
• Payment confirmation details (amount, status, and payment ID) once your payment is processed

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or net-banking credentials. All payment details are entered directly on our payment partner Razorpay' secure, RBI-authorised platform and never pass through or touch our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your registration and confirm your seat for the session
• To send you the Google Meet joining link and session reminders by email
• To respond to your queries and provide customer support
• To maintain transaction records as required under Indian tax and payment regulations
• To improve our sessions based on aggregate (non-identifying) attendance patterns

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Registration details are stored in a private Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script integration, accessible only to us. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the session and process your payment, and with government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain registration and payment records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, and thereafter as required to meet our accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations under Indian law.

6. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations
• Withdraw consent for future communication at any time
• Raise a grievance regarding how your data is handled

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and cryptographically signed payment webhook verification, so that payment confirmations can only originate from Razorpay.

Our sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
