Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for The Health Consistency Blueprint and any other paid session booked through this website. We want you to feel confident registering — please read this before you pay.

1. Registration Fee

Each session has a one-time registration fee (currently ₹21 for The Health Consistency Blueprint), payable in full at the time of registration via Razorpay.

2. Cancelling Your Registration

If you can no longer attend, you may request a full refund provided your request reaches us at least 24 hours before the session's scheduled start time (2nd August, 2026, 12:00 PM).

Requests received after that window, or after the session has already started, are not eligible for a refund — see Section 3.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• You do not join the session (“no-show”) without prior cancellation
• You cancel after the refund deadline described in Section 2
• You are unable to join due to your own internet connectivity or device issues
• The session has already started or concluded

4. If We Cancel or Reschedule the Session

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, every registered attendee will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered, at their choice, either:

• A full refund of the registration fee, or
• A free transfer of their registration to the rescheduled date

5. How to Request a Refund

Email coachfalgunisoni@gmail.com from the same email address you registered with, including your registered name and phone number. We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card, UPI, or net banking) through Razorpay, and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
