These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and attendance of The Health Consistency Blueprint and any other session offered by [Falguni Dharmesh Chapaneri] (“we”, “us”) through this website. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Service

We host live, online, one-time educational wellness sessions conducted by Falguni Soni via Google Meet. Registration is on a paid, per-session basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you are between 13 and 18, you may register only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Registration & Payment

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
Payment is processed securely in INR through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator
Your registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Falguni Soni is a Yoga & Naturopathy practitioner and wellness coach. The content shared during this session is intended for general educational and informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have an existing medical condition. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome from attending this session.

5. Conduct During the Session

We ask all attendees to be respectful toward the host and fellow participants. Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing session content without our prior written consent is not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the session — including presentations, frameworks, and spoken content — remain the intellectual property of [Falguni Dharmesh Chapaneri] and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third-Party Services

The session is delivered via Google Meet and payments are processed via Razorpay Payments. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service, which we encourage you to review.

8. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to modify session content, reschedule the date/time, or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified by email and offered a refund or free transfer, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any interruption to the session caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, device issues, or third-party platform downtime (e.g. Google Meet or Razorpay). Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the registration fee you paid.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to a session, with a full refund, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Rajkot].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use this website or register for a session after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
